Responsibilities

Develop and manage technical onboarding projects to drive product adoption
Coordinate with various stakeholders while representing customer viewpoints
Oversee customer escalations and manage communication and feedback
Influence technical and product strategy to streamline onboarding processes
Design metrics to assess impact and promote internal/external improvements
Communicate technology requirements, goals, and milestones effectively
Align product decisions with overarching company initiatives

Required

B.S. in Computer Science or similar technical field, or equivalent experience

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to operate autonomously across teams and functions
Experience in establishing cross-functional work relationships in different time zones
