8+ years expCommergence is seeking a Boomi Lead to drive the design, development, and governance of enterprise integrations using Dell Boomi AtomSphere. This role will lead integration initiatives, provide technical direction to teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities
Lead architecture, design, and implementation of integrations using Dell Boomi AtomSphere
Define and enforce integration standards, best practices, and governance models
Design and build API-led, real-time, event-driven, and batch integrations
Integrate SaaS, ERP, CRM, on-prem, and legacy systems
Manage and optimize Boomi Atoms, Molecules, and Atom Clouds
Ensure integration security, monitoring, logging, error handling, and performance tuning
Mentor Boomi developers and provide technical leadership across projects
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and external partners
Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
Qualification
Required
8+ years of overall integration experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with Dell Boomi
Strong expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and integration patterns
Experience with Boomi connectors, process orchestration, and APIs
Solid understanding of iPaaS architecture and enterprise integration patterns
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Dell Boomi Certification
Cloud integration experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with B2B integrations / EDI
Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices for integrations
