Responsibilities

Select (with guidance) and maintain furniture and accessories in unsold inventory homes
Process paperwork for moving contents in unsold inventory homes
Maintain reports related to the contents in unsold inventory homes
Process paperwork for model close downs
Process paperwork for model home revisions
Assist Model Home Designers in design templates, ordering furnishings and accessories, maintaining reports, and processing vendor invoices
Assist in various projects, i.e. warehouse maintenance and special projects
Assist in preparation of materials for presentations and meetings

Qualification

MS OfficeAdobe PhotoshopAdobe PDRVerbal communicationWritten communication

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Requires at least 2 years of relevant administrative support experience
Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe PDR, and Adobe Photoshop
Strong verbal and written communication skills
