Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, yield, quality, and cost improvements
Develop, implement, and validate process changes using KPIs, SPC, and trend analysis
Lead Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis
Develop standard work, process documentation, and operating procedures
Support capital projects and collaborate on process design and scale-up
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Work with cross-functional teams and provide technical training to production staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
2–5+ years in manufacturing or industrial processing environment
Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and technical documentation tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
