Responsibilities

Lead the strategic development and continual improvement of FourBlock’s Career Readiness Programs
Manage and support Career Readiness Instructors (CRIs) in the delivery of high-quality, impactful instruction
Ensure program consistency and excellence across all regions through structured planning rhythms, standardized practices, and continuous improvement
Attend at least two sessions per semester at each program location, including orientations and graduations, as schedule and budget allows
Monitor student progress weekly via Salesforce and other systems; ensure timely completion of course requirements
Engage directly with employer session hosts to ensure alignment, feedback collection, and long-term partnership potential
Drive semester and weekly planning rhythms to align instructors, coaches, participants, and employer partners
Coordinate individualized support for students as needed, addressing barriers to completion and engagement
Maintain active weekly engagement with student cohorts through FourBlock Connect or equivalent platforms
Oversee the delivery of personalized feedback, ensuring that every student receives actionable guidance throughout the course
Conduct post-session follow-ups with employer partners and distribute employer surveys and thank-you communications
Analyze student survey feedback and debrief results with CRIs to implement actionable improvements each term
Capture weekly cohort highlights for marketing and storytelling
Ensure cohorts are filled with 35–40 qualified students
Collaborate with Growth and Engagement teams to optimize recruiting pipelines from higher education institutions, military installations, and partner VSOs
Recruit, screen, and onboard Career Readiness Coaches in collaboration with CRIs, maintaining a 1:3 coach-to-student ratio
Monitor application pipelines and identify at-risk enrollment locations, initiating proactive solutions
Recruit, interview, and onboard new CRIs as needed
Maintain accurate and timely Salesforce records of student participation, progress, and completion
Collaborate with the VP of Program Operations and Salesforce Administrator on alumni outreach and outcome tracking
Lead After Action Reviews (AARs) post-term to refine curriculum delivery and cohort experience
Ensure timely conversion of students to alumni status within two weeks post-program
Represent FourBlock at local, regional, and national conferences and veteran-focused events
Build and sustain strong relationships with corporate partners and community organizations
Serve as a senior voice in program strategy discussions

Required

7+ years of experience in program management, nonprofit leadership, or workforce development
Proven success leading distributed teams
Strong understanding of adult learning, curriculum development, and program evaluation
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

Experience with veteran or military-affiliated communities strongly preferred
Master's preferred
Veterans and military spouses are strongly encouraged to apply
