Responsibilities
Meeting with the public to discuss lighting demands based on company standards and requirements
Site visits to determine customer lighting demands for residential, business and subdivisions
Identifying and verifying the utility infrastructure
Formulating and designing an outdoor lighting plan to best meet the customers’ needs that is within the guidelines of the standards
Maintaining a balance between schedules
Managing customer complaints and finding resolutions
Qualification
Required
High school or equivalent
Poleforeman: 1 year
Power Distribution: 1 year
BOUD: 1 year
Ability to identify and verify the utility infrastructure
Strong skills acknowledging and managing customer complaints and the ability to find resolutions
Ability to maintain a balance between schedules
Considerable walking, as well as carrying equipment, staking poles and flagging routes onsite
Preferred
Associates or Bachelors in Engineering
Electrical systems: 1 year
MicroStation: 1 year
