Scheduling Analyst
Mettler-Toledo International, Inc is a leader in precision measuring devices impacting various industries. They are seeking a Scheduling Analyst to ensure service level agreements are fulfilled and Field Service Technicians are effectively utilized to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Schedule and route technicians in accordance with the schedule for all known work, the customers’ priorities, workload demands and the availability of materials from applicable sources to maximize efficiency
Analyze and make changes to Field Service Technicians work assignments in order to meet dynamic requirements and demand requirements (unknown work)
Contact customers to schedule planned maintenance visits and/or schedule and communicate changes, assisting Field Service Technicians in obtaining information required to fulfill customer demands, and assisting with order closure
Qualification
Required
An Associate's Degree preferably in business or communications with a minimum of two years of planning and/or scheduling experience in a service, logistics, or manufacturing organization; or a minimum of five years of same experience
Must possess excellent prioritization and organizational skills and excel at multitasking
This is a hybrid role based at our Polaris location. You will be required to work on-site 3 days a week
Preferred
Experience in a field service or small business environment or similar industry experience a plus
SAP knowledge and experience working in the business system is preferred
