Responsibilities
Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security measures for client systems and networks
Respond to system and network security breaches and incidents
Test and identify network and system vulnerabilities
Evaluate security needs and establish best practices and standards
Perform scheduled and ad-hoc vulnerability scans across networks, servers, and endpoints
Analyze scan results, validate findings, and prioritize remediation based on risk
Partner with IT and application teams to coordinate remediation and verify fixes
Tune vulnerability scans to reduce false positives
Develop vulnerability metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reports
Conduct ongoing testing and scans to ensure infrastructure security
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in Network Security and Threat Detection
12+ years of experience in Incident Response and Vulnerability Management
12+ years of hands-on experience administering Qualys
12+ years of experience with remediation documentation and patch management processes
Preferred
4-year college degree (Highly Desired)
CISP Certification (Highly Desired)
