They are seeking a strategic Client Development Specialist to support their Operations team and drive revenue growth within their existing book of business, blending operational excellence with account strategy. This role involves collaborating with Account Managers and Product teams to enhance client satisfaction and expand service usage.

Responsibilities
Proactively engage existing clients through outbound calls to introduce, position, and drive adoption of relevant products
Analyze client performance to identify underutilization and implement tailored strategies to increase product usage
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to gain insight into client needs, goals, and business operations
Maintain deep expertise across our full suite of products to effectively align solutions with client objectives
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to craft compelling pitches aligned to client needs
Provide feedback loops to Operations and Product teams to inform roadmap priorities based on client growth trends
Drives revenue growth by identifying and expanding opportunities within active client portfolios
Consistently strive to meet monthly quotas across key performance metrics, including leads generated, Fuel and Clutch card products
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Focus on Client experience
Proficiency in MS Excel and related computer knowledge
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Coachability to learn a dynamic growing industry
Team player with multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
