Responsibilities

Provide scheduling expertise to support the administration of the master schedule
Assess, propose improvements, support, and advise management and project teams on a comprehensive and integrated system for supporting long-term resource planning
Develop and implement procedures for the deployment of in-house resources
Identify and evaluate risks, issues, and interfaces that may impact project schedules, and support the development of mitigation plans
Support the development and update of the Capital Program’s procedures, policies, standards, and best practices for managing and updating projects’ schedules and baselines
Develop status reports for cash flow, cost, estimates, resource utilization, time-phased budgets, milestones, and others
Assist in the administration and configuration of Primavera P6 including setting up and managing the Enterprise Project Structure (EPS), project work breakdown structures (WBS), resource structures (RBS), maintaining project baseline budgets and schedules, resource assignments, calendars, project and activity codes, profiles, layouts, and others
Prepare schedule related training material and provide training as needed

Required

BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of scheduling/project control experience showcasing increasing responsibility and job responsibilities
Experience working on large, federal projects
Ability to analyze and inspire innovative solutions to complex challenges
Experience in helping to lead major programs and projects
Ability to liaise with senior executives and project managers
Able to demonstrate a high level of organizational ability, capable of pivoting and re-prioritizing to meet changing program needs and deadlines
Proficiency and knowledge of computer software applications including Primavera P6, Microsoft (MS) word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
