Responsibilities
Design and automate business configurations within the EIS V12 environment to meet specific insurance domain requirements
Leverage Java/J2EE, Spring, and JPA/Hibernate to develop scalable backend components and custom integration logic
Manage and execute both minor and major software upgrades, maintaining system integrity across the EIS lifecycle
Architect and implement integration touchpoints, ensuring that non-complex components interface correctly with external data sources
Develop application context diagrams, technical specifications, and detailed solution designs to facilitate knowledge transfer
Identify and build reusable components to optimize future project implementations and improve overall delivery quality
Perform rigorous unit testing (functional and integration) to ensure all features align with the original product specifications
Oversee deployment activities, reviewing deliverables against checklists and performing mock tests to guarantee production stability
Provide technical guidance and specialized EIS training to junior analysts and team members
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of hands-on experience specifically in EIS V12 (Exigen)
8+ years of professional Java/J2EE development experience
Deep knowledge of Spring, JPA, and Hibernate for efficient data persistence
Proven ability to create architectural diagrams and detailed technical specifications
Ability to successfully pass a full BGV for hybrid work in Plano, TX
