Responsibilities

Collaborate across functions to identify skill gaps and development needs throughout the organization
Create and update Peak Support internal training programs and materials, ensuring they align with our values and goals
Lead our internal trainings, workshops, and follow-up sessions such as new hire onboarding, leadership training, process trainings, etc
Collect feedback from participants and managers to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
Collaborate across functions to implement leadership development initiatives and succession planning strategies
Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and training outcomes through tracking and post-training reporting
Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate the latest leadership development trends into our training programs
