Responsibilities

Develop and draft case studies highlighting Everblue’s work, impact, and client outcomes
Assist in creating and refining marketing collateral such as one-pagers, slide decks, web copy drafts, and campaign content
Support proposal development efforts by gathering and organizing data, metrics, and program outcomes, conducting light research on partners, markets, or opportunities, and assisting with proposal review, editing, and quality assurance
Help coordinate partner outreach and engagement activities, including drafting communication templates and tracking responses
Collaborate with the business development and marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across materials
Participate in internal planning meetings and contribute ideas to improve how Everblue communicates its impact and value

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in business, communications, marketing, entrepreneurship, public administration, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an interest in storytelling, branding, or content development
Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and present it clearly and concisely
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and taking initiative

Preferred

Interest in workforce development, sustainability, education, or public sector innovation is a plus
