Facility Solutions Associate / Commissioning Coordinator
Core Talent Finder is working with a large, well-established construction and facilities organization that delivers complex commercial and infrastructure projects across the United States. They are seeking a Facility Solutions Associate / Commissioning Coordinator to support building systems, commissioning activities, and operational readiness on major projects.
Responsibilities
Supporting commissioning planning and execution on facilities projects
Developing and maintaining equipment lists and asset documentation
Coordinating construction and commissioning schedules
Supporting CMMS workflows and operational readiness processes
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Logging field observations and assisting with issue resolution
Supporting training coordination, project closeout, and handover activities
Collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, facilities management, or related field
Approximately 6+ years of experience in commissioning, building systems, or MEP-related roles
Familiarity with building systems standards and best practices
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a project environment
Proficiency with standard documentation and reporting tools
