Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
Monitor daily jobsite progress, quality, and safety
Maintain daily logs and manage multiple sites as needed
Communicate RFI’s, ASI’s, and submittals to the project team
Identify conflicts or deficiencies and ensure corrections
Lead subcontractor meetings and manage punch lists
Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and secure
Qualification
Required
3+ years construction experience with strong trade knowledge
Tenant improvement (TI) project experience
Ability to read blueprints and use project management software (ProCore, BuilderTrend, etc.)
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Gantt schedules
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and navigate full jobsite
Must travel to assigned sites
