Responsibilities
Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and remediation efforts for all IT business infrastructure systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Plan, implement, and document systems and infrastructure solutions that align with organizational objectives and industry best practices
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure compliance with company guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards
Maintain the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability through proactive monitoring, preventive maintenance, and rapid issue resolution
Execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives including operating system upgrades, hardware replacements, and virtualization platform enhancements
Qualification
Required
3+ years' Experience in systems engineering and/or infrastructure administration or other related technical roles
Experience with enterprise-level systems and/or infrastructure management
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
5+ years' Experience in systems engineering and/or infrastructure administration or other relative technical roles
Proven track record of successful project completion and technical problem-solving
Experience with change management processes and compliance requirements preferred
Background in security implementations (MFA, encryption, compliance) highly valued
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours for scheduled maintenance windows and DR exercises
Strong written and verbal communication skills
