Responsibilities

Translate the Global Payroll product vision into a multi-year roadmap and execution strategy for global payroll engines
Lead product strategy and prioritization to address complex customer challenges, including multi-country payroll processing, compliance complexity, and fragmented data ecosystems
Partner with leadership to identify and apply emerging trends in global payroll, compliance, analytics, and AI to advance One View capabilities
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through delivery, launch, and continuous optimization
Drive development of core platform capabilities, including payroll calculation, global data consolidation, AI-enabled payroll validation, analytics dashboards, and cross-border payment workflows
Partner with compliance, legal, and regional teams to ensure payroll products meet regulatory, security, and data-privacy requirements across core UKG markets
Ensure seamless integration of global payroll engines into UKG One View and alignment with the broader UKG product portfolio
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global team of product managers and product leaders
Foster strong collaboration across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams in a highly matrixed environment
Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders through data-driven insights, strong product narratives, and clear execution plans
Engage directly with customers, prospects, and partners to validate needs, inform roadmap decisions, and ensure solutions deliver measurable value
Serve as a senior product leader for key customer relationships, supporting adoption, satisfaction, and long-term platform success
Participate in industry forums, customer events, and partner engagements to represent UKG Global Payroll and share product direction and innovation
Drive responsible AI practices and ongoing validation mechanisms to reduce errors, improve compliance, and build customer trust

Qualification

Required

8–12+ years of progressive product management experience, including senior leadership roles within enterprise SaaS organizations
Proven experience leading complex, platform-scale products, ideally within payroll, HCM, fintech, or global workforce technology
Deep understanding of multi-country payroll, compliance requirements, and global HR or workforce operations
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and deliver meaningful business and customer outcomes
Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience influencing senior executives and cross-functional partners
Comfort operating in a highly matrixed, global environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred
