Spares Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL)

Responsibilities

Providing overall leadership of procurement, production, and delivery of spares supporting our Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and FMS customers
Managing AN/TPY-2 spares requirements, inventory, and procurement demand in supply chain and manufacturing systems
Overseeing proposals, contract requirements, and follow-on program pursuits related to spares products for AN/TPY-2 systems
Tracking spares delivery outlooks and reporting to program and IPT leadership
Coordinating with supply chain and manufacturing operations to expedite resolutions to issues or delays related to spares
Collaborating with technical disciplines to resolve outstanding technical evaluations and quality issues for spares products
Working with the Logistics Sub-IPT to support customer inventory and delivery events
Identifying and managing risks and opportunities, along with associated mitigation and capture plans
Ensuring performance aligns with technical, cost, schedule, quality, and EXIM (Export/Import) requirements
Supporting internal and external program and finance reviews as required
Domestic or International travel may be required, up to 10%

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
Experience with spares and/or material management and delivery for military or industrial customers
Experience presenting program and technical issues to senior stakeholders
Experience with budget or financial management including Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar tools
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Secret - Current security clearance status is required on day 1

Preferred

Demonstrated proficiency with supply chain procurement or manufacturing systems such as SAP PRISM or similar tools
Demonstrated proficiency with the application and execution of Raytheon's Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), RTX Life Cycle Program Management (RLPM), or similar business processes
Experience working in manufacturing or production environments
Proven consistency, accountability, and flexibility in managing multiple and competing priorities
Experience building strong customer relationships to meet contractual requirements and capture follow-on business opportunities
Demonstrated experience in strategic development and/or contract capture within the Defense Industry
Experience selling off contract deliverables to U.S. Military or FMS customers (e.g., DD250, etc.)
Experience with U.S. Military Radar Sustainment Programs
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior levels of leadership, including customers, Raytheon leadership, teammates, and suppliers
