Program Supervisor, LCSW
The Center for Alternative Sentencing and Employment Services (CASES) is hiring a Program Supervisor to lead outpatient mental health services at their Nathaniel Clinic in Harlem. This role involves overseeing licensed clinicians, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting efficient service delivery for individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision and training to staff and make recommendations on clinical services, procedures, and engagement
Educate staff on Outpatient services and procedures as well as OMH/CCBHC regulations
Review and approve assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and crisis documentation
Support evidence-based practices including motivational interviewing and recovery-oriented care
Consult on complex cases and crisis interventions
Help ensure we maintain a safe working environment by reporting any hazards or unsafe conditions, e.g., liquid spill in hallway, to the appropriate facilities staff member or supervisor
Partner with the Clinic Director on program operations, quality improvement, and staff training
Qualification
Required
New York State LCSW (required)
2+ years of supervisory experience or 3+ years as a licensed outpatient clinician
Experience with SMI and co-occurring substance use disorders
Working knowledge of Medicaid billing, OMH regulations, and CCBHC standards
Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems, PSYCKES, and Healthix
Preferred
Spanish fluency preferred
