Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using IBM DataStage
Support data migration and conversion activities between banking systems
Work on data movement and transformation related to commercial lending platforms
Analyze source-to-target mappings and ensure data accuracy and reconciliation
Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and downstream application teams
Perform performance tuning, error handling, and data validation
Support testing, defect resolution, and production deployment activities
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with IBM DataStage (ETL development)
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL best practices, and large data volumes
Experience working in banking or financial services environments
Experience with system conversion or data migration projects
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred
Experience with commercial lending systems
Exposure to Encino or similar lending platforms
Salesforce backend / data integration experience is a big plus
Prior experience working on bank-to-bank conversions (e.g., mergers or platform transitions)
Knowledge of loan data, customer data, and financial reporting structures
