Responsibilities
Track performance data and communicate expectations while working with teammates
Report all food safety and quality issues to management
Provide any recommend supervision and execute solutions to problems that may arise
Partner with others, share knowledge, skills, and information with assigned team and across functional areas
Identify issues that may result in production slow down or machine downtime and reporting to appropriate parties
Maintain and exceeds production, quality, and safety standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a machine operator
Able to set up machines; loading, dies, and films, and monitors to make sure it is running efficiently
Experience in performing diagnostics and resolving equipment issues as needed
Follows work order, quality control and sanitation procedures concerning weights, packs, descriptions, dates, UPC's, cleanup and changeovers
Can lead machinery change over (clean, size change, etc..) effectively, timely and with proper level of cleaning
Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
Ability to train/coach
Basic computer literacy (to understand QAD and scanners)
Mechanical, electrical and analytical abilities
Good manual dexterity, vision and mobility
