Responsibilities
Build, update, and troubleshoot responsive HTML email templates
Ensure layouts render consistently across major devices, clients, and dark mode
Conduct thorough QA, including link checks, rendering tests, and accessibility reviews
Manage assets such as images, links, and tracking parameters
Work with marketing and customer success teams to coordinate campaign needs
Communicate campaign status or blockers clearly to teammates
Stay up to date on CRM and email marketing best practices and trends
Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, templates, and performance
Participate in training and knowledge-sharing to enhance team capabilities
Qualification
Required
Experience with CRM or email marketing tools (e.g., Iterable, MessageGears, etc.)
Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS for email, including responsive and mobile-first design
Familiarity with email testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid) is a plus
Comfortable working with data, segment filters, and reporting tools
High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Good written communication and basic project coordination skills
Preferred
Experience with SQL for segmentation or QA
Understanding of email accessibility guidelines (ALT text, hierarchy, color contrast)
Basic knowledge of UTM tagging and link tracking
