Create and manage detailed project schedules from planning through execution
Monitor critical paths, analyze risks, and recommend solutions
Coordinate with teams to integrate schedules, resources, and milestones
Lead schedule reviews and drive alignment with clients and stakeholders
Optimize tools and processes to improve efficiency and performance
Qualification
Required
Based in Milwaukee, WI, able to be on-site up to 5 days/week
5+ years in data center construction scheduling or project management
Expert in MS Project; familiarity with P6 a plus
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Hands-on understanding of construction activities and phased delivery
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
10+ years experience in data center or mission-critical projects
