Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end mobile architecture using Ionic and Capacitor for hybrid development, supplemented by Swift for native iOS components
Perform core development and code reviews for AngularJS-based mobile applications and implement native plugins using Capacitor
Define coding guidelines, drive technical decisions regarding scalability and security, and ensure compliance with App Store and accessibility requirements
Partner with Product Owners and Backend teams to integrate APIs and third-party SDKs; participate in sprint planning and release management
Implement mobile security best practices (secure storage, encryption, certificate pinning) and oversee CI/CD pipelines for automated testing
Guide and mentor mobile developers across both hybrid and native stacks to foster a high-performing engineering culture
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in enterprise-scale mobile application development using Ionic Framework
Expertise in native bridges, plugin development, and device integration (biometrics, push notifications, etc.) using Capacitor
Strong proficiency in mobile UI development and state management with AngularJS / Angular
Experience in native iOS development and plugin customization using Swift
10+ years of professional experience in Information Technology with a focus on mobile development
Lead end-to-end mobile architecture using Ionic and Capacitor for hybrid development
Perform core development and code reviews for AngularJS-based mobile applications and implement native plugins using Capacitor

Native Android development experience (Kotlin/Java)
Experience with Mobile CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps)
Knowledge of Mobile Security standards (OWASP Mobile Top 10) and enterprise authentication (OAuth2, biometrics)
Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, or highly regulated industries
Strong technical leadership and the ability to mentor junior and senior developers
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A problem-solving mindset with a relentless focus on delivery
