Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement Emerson DeltaV control systems and ISA-88 batch processes
Engineer system architecture, HMI, historian, and control strategies
Ensure compliance with GAMP5, cGMP, and 21 CFR Part 11
Conduct FAT/SAT, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams
Mentor junior engineers and support technical growth
Travel up to 25% for on-site commissioning

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's in Electrical, Control Systems, Chemical Engineering, or related field
3–7 years of hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV systems and PLC integration
Expertise in ISA-88 batch processes and industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, OPC, HART, Foundation Fieldbus)
Experience in Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred

Knowledge of historian systems, alarm management, and advanced control strategies
Familiarity with Rockwell Automation, Siemens PCS7, or other DCS/SCADA systems
AutoCAD and electrical design experience
Mentoring and translating functional specs into software design
