Responsibilities

Own and manage multiple HR programs and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for expanding and enhancing HR services and programs
Diagnose organizational challenges, analyze patterns of issues, and develop both immediate and long-term solutions
Maintain a bias for action, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and persistently follow through on commitments to remove roadblocks
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve results
Convey ideas and recommendations clearly and persuasively through written and verbal communication
Influence stakeholders and teams without direct authority to drive project goals and deliver impactful results
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with HR partners to prevent duplication of efforts and promote global engagement on initiatives
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and communicate where guidance is not centrally provided
Analyze key people metrics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR programs and initiatives

Required

Over five years of experience in program or project management
Strong background in HR functions
Experience utilizing data and metrics to inform decisions and drive improvements
Prior experience owning program strategy
Managing end-to-end delivery
Effectively communicating results to senior leadership
Minimum of two years of experience leading process improvements
Defining program requirements
Measuring success through data-driven approaches
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle
Specialized background in HR programs

Preferred

Background as an HR business partner
Experience in HR generalist roles
Experience in talent management
Experience in recruiting
