Responsibilities
Serve as the first response for IT support requests
Provide help desk and desktop support for Windows PCs
Support Microsoft 365 and Intune-managed devices
Support Zoom meetings and communications
Perform user onboarding and offboarding
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Escalate complex issues appropriately
Maintain documentation and deliver excellent customer service
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
