Preparing schedules of costs
Preparation of bundles and e-filing of documents with Courts
Deal with Court Fee remission enquiries and procedures
Deal with relevant case correspondence: a. Compose letters on case handler’s request. b. Respond independently to correspondence including chase up letters, acknowledgement letters etc. c. Ensure appropriate enclosures are attached to letters; Instructions to Counsel etc
Qualification
Required
Experience of preparing schedules of costs
Experience of preparing Court bundles
Confidence to work with different stakeholders and client base
Experience of using Excel, Adobe and case management systems
