Responsibilities
Provide document control including shop drawings, submittals, change orders, progress photos, and daily reports with mechanical/electrical/plumbing focus
Provide design and constructability review with mechanical/electrical/plumbing focus
Lead the spatial coordination and assembly of the building information model (BIM) with a focus on the mechanical/electrical/plumbing focus
Lead planning and execution of commissioning process
Leads the planning and execution of scheduled construction activities with MEP focus
Lead investigation of complex operational issues related to MEP systems
Capable of procuring mechanical/electrical/plumbing scopes of work
Establishes project level risk assessment and associated controls for mechanical/electrical/plumbing scopes of work
Support Zero Injury safety program
Support the Quality Leadership System
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in mechanical/ electrical engineering or related field preferred
5+ years of commercial construction experience
Fluency in Microsoft Office
Fluency in Navisworks or similar
Fluency in Bluebeam or similar
Fluency in ACC or Procore
Ability to work non-traditional hours
