As a Lead Product Manager, you will lead the development of product features, translating complex workflows into user-friendly experiences while collaborating with various teams to drive product strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

You’ll own end-to-end execution for 5+ product features in parallel
You’ll translate complex accounting workflows into simple requirements that engineering can execute on
You’ll collaborate with founders, engineering, design, and GTM to drive clarity and alignment
You’ll define roadmap, strategy, and prioritization frameworks that accelerate product velocity
You’ll ensure reliability, accuracy, and usability across all shipped features
You’ll contribute to internal processes and tools that help us ship faster and at higher quality

Qualification

Product ManagementAccounting ExperienceERP SoftwareB2B SaaS ExperienceCPA CertificationTechnical BackgroundClear CommunicationOrganizational Skills

Required

Hardcore work ethic and high agency
2+ years experience in product management (ideally B2B SaaS)
3+ years experience in accounting, ERP, audit, or similar
Clear, direct communication style
Highly organized and comfortable running multiple workstreams at once
Excited to work on-site with a fast-moving NYC team

Preferred

CPA is a strong bonus
Familiarity with accounting systems, finance tools, and ERP software
Technical background (CS/engineering) is a bonus
