Design and configure SAP CRM Service processes including: Service Orders, Service Contracts, Installed Base (IBASE), Complaints & Returns, Service Requests
Drive fit-gap analysis and propose best-practice solutions
Qualification
Required
Over 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP CRM Service solutions
Experience in leading end-to-end SAP CRM Service implementations and enhancements
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Experience in designing and configuring SAP CRM Service processes including Service Orders, Service Contracts, Installed Base (IBASE), Complaints & Returns, and Service Requests
Ability to drive fit-gap analysis and propose best-practice solutions
