Responsibilities
Build and manage strategic partnerships with Web3 ecosystems, exchanges, wallets, DeFi protocols, and fintech institutions
Drive end-to-end BD cycles: sourcing, qualification, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and long-term account growth
Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable and compliant card-issuing and payment solutions
Identify new commercial opportunities globally (US, APAC, EMEA, LATAM) and execute market entry plans
Lead co-branded card initiatives and work with financial partners including issuers, acquirers, and BIN sponsors
Represent the company at global Web3 and fintech events, strengthening our market presence and thought leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to partners, driving adoption of our CaaS platform and payment infrastructure
Qualification
Required
8+ years in fintech, card issuing, payments, or Web3 BD/partnerships
Existing relationships with Web3 ecosystems, exchanges, wallets, or fintech institutions
Proven experience building B2B partnerships and driving adoption/revenue
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable in fast-moving startup environments
Preferred
Understanding of card ecosystems (issuing, acquiring, BIN sponsorship, scheme requirements, risk & compliance)
Knowledge of on/off ramps, stablecoins, user acquisition funnels, or revenue-sharing models
