Sales Executive
Dapta is an AI platform that enables SMBs to automate their sales and operations with voice and text AI. They are seeking a driven Sales Executive to generate pipeline through outbound efforts and manage inbound leads to close new business, running the full sales cycle from outreach to contract.

Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
Manage inbound leads generated by our marketing team and move them through the funnel
Conduct discovery calls and product demos to qualify prospects and showcase value
Own the sales cycle from lead to close, maintaining accurate deal updates in CRM
Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer conversations
Qualification
Required
1+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS strongly preferred)
Proven success in both outbound prospecting and closing new business
Comfortable running demos and managing a full sales pipeline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated and goal-driven
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Preferred
Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
Background in marketing tech or automation tools
Spanish language proficiency (a plus, not required)
