Human Resources Internship - Summer/Fall '26
APCO is a global advisory and advocacy firm helping leading corporations, foundations and governments navigate a complex world and create lasting impact. They are seeking a forward-thinking and enthusiastic senior or recent graduate for a full-time paid internship in their Human Resources team, where the intern will gain hands-on experience and develop foundational skills in various HR functions.

Responsibilities
Support the Human Resources team across various functions, including but not limited to employee programs and data reporting, to maintain accurate employee records and databases while ensuring data confidentiality and compliance
Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees in our HRIS platform VIA
Provide support to our Employee Resource Groups
Contribute to the creation of educational materials and resources for our employees
Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, digital filing, contracts/POs, and invoices
Help prepare communication materials, presentations, and reports for HR initiatives
Qualification
Required
Recent college graduate or senior in class standing
Excellent communication/customer service skills
Collaborative team player who also can work independently and be a self-starter, take initiative, and set priorities
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information at all times
Strong attention to organizational and grammatical detail
Available to work 40 hours per week
Requires US Work Authorization, unable to consider candidates with CPT/OPT/Post-OPT status
Preferred
Major in human resource management, business or learning technology preferred
Experience with Microsoft products preferred, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams
