Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end LeanIX implementation: configuration, data migration, integrations, deployment, and cutover
Define and enforce EA standards in-tool (metamodels, taxonomies, naming/versioning, lifecycle)
Drive integrations/automation with enterprise systems (CMDB/ITSM like ServiceNow, cloud inventories, CI/CD, discovery/APM)
Establish governance + adoption: RBAC/security controls, data stewardship, training/change management, and KPI reporting
Coordinating cross-functional teams to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, governance, and change management

Required

Lead end-to-end LeanIX implementation: configuration, data migration, integrations, deployment, and cutover

Preferred

EA tool experience: LeanIX, BiZZdesign, Sparx EA, Orbus iServer, MEGA
Certifications: TOGAF / ArchiMate / PMP (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of EA concepts/frameworks and how to operationalize them
Experience building governance, data stewardship, and user enablement programs
10+ years technical PM/program management delivering enterprise tooling implementations (EA tool preferred)
Proven vendor & stakeholder management
