Responsibilities
Designing and automating modern IT and endpoint infrastructure for a fast-growing workforce
Managing macOS fleets at scale, with an automation-first approach
Owning identity and access management (SAML, SCIM, OIDC) and enabling secure, fast onboarding/offboarding
Building and maintaining secure office networks (VPNs, firewalls, Wi-Fi, Zero Trust principles)
Supporting the technical build-out of new offices in North America
Implementing and maintaining security and compliance controls (SOC2, ISO27001) in a way that scales
Acting as the regional technical point of contact, feeding improvements and learnings back into the global Tech Ops function
Qualification
Required
Experience in Tech Operations, IT Engineering, or DevOps-adjacent roles in high-growth environments
Strong macOS management at scale using tools like Jamf, Kandji, or Fleet
Hands-on scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar) used to automate device config, security, and compliance
Deep familiarity with identity and access management (Okta, Google Workspace, SAML/SCIM/OIDC)
Experience managing office and network infrastructure (e.g. Meraki, Ubiquiti, VPNs, firewalls)
Proven exposure to SOC2 / ISO27001 or similar frameworks
