Qualification
Required
Previous experience working as a 1099 contractor
Experience helping PE-backed businesses establish their finance and accounting functions
Experience building reporting and forecasting
Experience with cash controls and procedures
Experience with debt instruments
Ability to work with and provide valuable insight to lenders
Experience with systems related to finance and accounting
Clear communicator
Good at coaching
Ability to help a small existing team understand what looks good to PE
Hands-on leadership style
Available to start on April 1st
Willingness to work in office roughly 4 days per week
Preferred
M&A experience is a plus but not necessary
