Responsibilities
Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Collaborating with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
Managing the sales pipeline and tracking progress towards sales goals
Own the sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to contract closure
Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to shape client proposals
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the IT Services industry
Proven track record of driving sales and business development initiatives
Solid background in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
Closing deals to drive revenue growth
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong business acumen
Proven ability to drive results in a competitive sales environment
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Industry Experience in Food & Agri/ CPG Retail Industry is mandatory
Preferred
Passion for sales and business development
Strong background working with IT Services companies
Desire to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
