Responsibilities
Develop and maintain 3D models to support construction planning and coordination
Assist with clash detection and model-based coordination efforts
Support project teams with model reviews, quantity takeoffs, and constructability analysis
Collaborate with designers, trade partners, and field teams to resolve coordination issues
Help implement and follow VDC/BIM standards and workflows
Support 4D scheduling, site logistics, and visualization efforts as needed
Maintain accurate, organized model and VDC deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in VDC, BIM, or construction technology
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM collaboration platforms (ACC/BIM 360 or similar)
Understanding of construction documents, means, and methods
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members
