Responsibilities
Lead and manage VDC/BIM efforts across multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and enforce VDC standards, workflows, and best practices
Oversee 3D modeling, coordination, clash detection, and model-based deliverables
Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, designers, and trade partners
Drive model-based planning, sequencing (4D), and quantity takeoffs (5D)
Mentor and support VDC/BIM team members
Champion innovation, automation, and continuous improvement in VDC processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in VDC, BIM, or related construction technology roles
Strong knowledge of tools like Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC (and similar platforms)
Experience managing VDC on large-scale or complex construction projects
Solid understanding of construction means and methods
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
