Avineon is actively seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Web Application Developer to join their dynamic team supporting a critical Department of War contract. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain sophisticated web applications with a strong emphasis on front-end development using Angular and back-end services with .NET framework.

Responsibilities

Crafting intuitive and responsive user interfaces with Angular, ensuring a seamless and effective user experience
Translate complex requirements into high-quality, maintainable code
Contribute to the design and implementation of back-end APIs, data models, and business logic using C# and .NET
Leverage Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to deliver robust and user-centric solutions
Commit to quality, security, and teamwork

Required

Extensive professional experience with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx
Proficiency in HTML, CSS
Experience building responsive and intuitive single page web applications
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
Solid experience with the .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
Familiarity with Entity Framework or other ORMs
Knowledge of SQL and experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Demonstrated experience working within an Agile framework (Scrum and/or Kanban)
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Must be able to obtain a DoD IAT 2 certification or higher required (CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP)
Must be a United States citizen currently residing within the contiguous United States
United States citizenship required in order to obtain U.S. federal government security clearance
Must be able to obtain Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) or equivalent

Preferred

Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., MSTest, NUnit)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
Familiarity with Node.js for tooling, build processes, or scripting
Knowledge of secure coding practices and DoD security standards
Experience in creating accessible websites (Section 508)
