Responsibilities
Perform routine clerical tasks using basic research and problem solving
Work with reports daily to solve account transactions in a timely manner with accuracy
Sort and route return documents from RCB Bank customers and the Federal Reserve
Research, document and resolve credit reporting disputes received from various channels within specified deadlines
Research, review, and document legal documents
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent phone etiquette
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to follow procedures and analyze/solve basic and complex problems with accuracy
Desire to be involved in the community
Ability to perform essential functions and physical demands within documented working conditions
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and independently
Capability to work harmoniously with diverse personalities of co-workers, staff, and customers
Regular and reliable attendance
