InternThe Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking a Paid Civil Engineering College Intern for District 4 - Planning & Engineering. The intern will assist with planning activities, traffic engineering studies, and gain hands-on experience using relevant software while supporting professional engineers in their projects.

Responsibilities
Assist with planning activities and traffic engineering studies such as safety and speed zone reviews, traffic counts and accident/traffic signal analysis
Gain experience using CADD, MicroStation and district traffic software
Verify sign and pavement marking locations, photograph project sites and participate in field reviews and scoping
Research plans and maintain accurate records to help prepare reports
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering program
In good academic standing with a minimum of a 2.00 GPA
Proof of Enrollment Documentation including GPA
Proof of valid driver's license in order to operate state vehicle
Undergo a criminal background check
