New Grad, Entry LevelBloc Digital is seeking a talented 3D Generalist to join their growing team of 3D artists. The role involves producing high-quality visualizations and collaborating with the Creative Director to ensure project alignment with client briefs and deadlines.

Responsibilities
Support the delivery of projects on-time, within scope and budget
Support the production of high-quality photorealistic renders including scene assembly, look development, composition and camera animation, lighting and rendering as well as compositing
Support the creation and maintenance of best practice documentation
Collaborate with the team to ensure visual consistency and meet project deadlines
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimising workflows
Complete tasks within the allocated time
Ability to learn and implement new tools and techniques
Consistently follow team’s processes and procedures
Be precise and thorough in all aspects of work
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and understanding of 3DS Max and/or Unreal
A good understanding of lighting principles and scene composition
Able to use various render elements (AOVs) for compositing in Adobe After Effects or Nuke
Strong communication skills and being able to work independently or within a team
Excellent time management skills
Able to manage priorities between multiples tasks
Good understanding of the Adobe Suite
Preferred
Knowledge of Substance Painter
Experience working within a similar environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (and Office 365)
Experience in using Cinema 4d
Simulations software experience
