Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs, from high-level strategy to tactical delivery across multiple organizations
Design and launch comprehensive process and product improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and customer experience
Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting and metrics to quantify program performance and provide visibility into critical milestones
Identify and resolve complex operational challenges using data-driven insights and innovative strategic planning
Collaborate with engineering teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and drive team-based projects
Oversee gaps between systems and processes to reduce exposure to failure modes, ensuring requirements are documented and stakeholders are aligned
Author high-quality documentation for internal and external teams to define project scope, priority, and long-term impact
Qualification
Required
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
