Qualification
Required
10–15 years of professional experience in cryptography, cybersecurity, secure systems engineering, or related fields
At least 10–15 years of hands-on experience designing or implementing cryptographic algorithms, protocols, or security audits
Strong knowledge and expertise in cryptographic algorithms, encryption schemes, and key management
Experience with digital signatures, authentication protocols, and secure coding practices
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C, C++, or Java for cryptographic applications
Ability to assess vulnerabilities, conduct cryptographic security audits, and implement required solutions
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure communication protocols
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Security, or a related field
Preferred
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or equivalent are a plus
Experience working with high‑security or government systems is a plus
