Responsibilities
Provide supervision and guidance to child and youth development staff to ensure a safe, structured, and developmentally appropriate environment
Oversee planning and implementation of daily activities that support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs
Ensure consistent routines, supervision standards, and child safety practices are followed at all times
Collaborate with parents, clinicians, and program leadership to support healthy family functioning and child well-being
Maintain documentation, communication, and program standards related to child and youth services
Qualification
Required
Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required
Valid PA driver's license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance
Provide supervision and guidance to child and youth development staff to ensure a safe, structured, and developmentally appropriate environment
Oversee planning and implementation of daily activities that support children's social, emotional, and developmental needs
Ensure consistent routines, supervision standards, and child safety practices are followed at all times
