Customer Support Representative
eTeam is seeking a Customer Support Representative for a remote position. The role involves supporting quality management across Corporate and Catering programs, executing standard operating procedures, and interacting with customers and delivery personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities
Support hourly and daily quality management and support across our Corporate and Catering programs
Executing and providing feedback on standard operating procedures
Mastering internal tools
Interacting with customers, merchants, and client's delivery personnel on a regular basis
Detect fulfillment challenges before they become widespread and persistent
Actively contribute to helping launch new pilot initiatives as we test and build this business
Qualification
Required
Weekend availability is 100% required
Excellent verbal communication
Attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changing contexts
Last-hour logistics or delivery customer service experience
Preferred
Experience with Slack
Bilingual in Spanish
