Responsibilities
Budget coordination
Serving as the primary liaison for Human Resources
Managing SharePoint
Facilitating procurement processes within the division
Preparation of detailed financial reports tailored for division chiefs and bureau leadership
Tracking, analysis, and forecasting of both the Capital Equipment Budget (CEB) and the Operating Budget
Maintaining and managing various tracking spreadsheets and databases
Coordinating HR-related activities
Monitoring Employee Performance Reviews (EPR)
Overseeing position descriptions
Managing personnel actions such as onboarding new employees and handling separations
Providing vital administrative support by managing departmental databases and software applications
Overseeing the Intern program
Organizing travel arrangements
Coordinating events
Handling the management of publications
Qualification
Required
Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training
You must be able to perform essential job functions
