Responsibilities

Analyze end-to-end customer journeys across web and digital platforms
Evaluate performance of product recommendations and identify opportunities to:
Increase conversion
Improve revenue per session
Increase share of wallet
Perform attribution analysis to understand how users arrive, engage, and convert
Identify drop-off points and behavioral patterns that inform product and marketing decisions
Partner with product, marketing, and commercial teams to turn insights into action
Build and maintain event-based analytical datasets to support ongoing analysis

Required

7+ years experience with experience in product analytics, web analytics, growth analytics, or digital analytics
Expert-level SQL (CTEs, window functions, advanced joins, performance optimization)
Deep experience with event-level data (clickstream, app/web events, behavioral tracking)
Proven work analyzing customer journeys
Proven work analyzing funnels and drop-off points
Proven work analyzing attribution across channels
Proven work analyzing product recommendation performance
Experience building behavioral and omnichannel data models
Working knowledge of Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy)
Ability to work with imperfect or incomplete data and improve data quality
Analyze end-to-end customer journeys across web and digital platforms
Evaluate performance of product recommendations and identify opportunities to increase conversion
